Good location and staff - they offered a very good stay with said check-in time. Late check-out was useful. We were in a hurry and didn't try the pool, nevertheless it was clean.

accommodating stuff, satisfactory breakfast, had a wonderful stay overall with said check-in time. the hotel's location was unbeatable, right by restaurants and shopping, the highways, airport. everything was simply good.

the hotel is fairly clean and the room is cozy. the rooms with quiet heating system, fridge and microwave.

It offers excellent rates. The breakfast is good, rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly! Bed was comfortable, we appreciated it. The hotel is in a shopping area and short way from everything.

They have on-site restaurant called BOSS' PIZZA & CHICKEN. Efficient check-out too. Every time in Grand Forks we stay in this hotel.

It was fairly clean, with very good atmosphere and staff. I had a fresh meal at the attached restaurant. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Grand Forks.

Every detail was wonderful from the beginning, including location and staff, I enjoyed it. Pet-friendly hotel in a very nice area of Grand Forks. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 5 minutes walk away. Swimming pool was clean too.

Food was yummy, super friendly stuff, bed was exceptionally comfortable. I asked for a king room and the one I was given was cosy and brand-new. Location for Grand Forks was great, right by shopping centre, the Alerus Center, main shopping area.

Clean and stunningly beautiful place and the breakfast was free. Breakfast with yogurt and fresh waffles, as example. Late check out too. Everything was very convenient!

we enjoyed our holiday in this hip new hotel. it was an absolutely perfect location and the staff was really helpful. breakfast offered a wide array of freshly made meals. we got excellent room with fridge and microwave.

Spotless place, staff was extremely friendly. Satisfying breakfast, terrific service. We booked queen room for 2 nights and had a fine stay. We liked its easy location close to the interstate. An indoor water park was also not far from the hotel...

Courteous team, magnificent position. Room was outstanding, I appreciated the bed and beautiful bathroom. The food from the attached restaurant was good. The hotel was well-organized, but I stayed for 2 nights only.
